Low Carb Meal Plan 1

This is my first post about low carb dieting.  This post is mostly just a place for me to put my plans easily and be a reference for my family members who are also exploring this diet plan.  Enjoy!

Day 1

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced into discs
  • 3 Italian Meatballs

  • Hamburger Stroganoff, Cauli-Mashed Potatoes, Buttered Broccoli
